Discuss Key test switches on ceiling in the UK Electrical Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

Depending on the layout of the building and how many lights there are it can become very confusing if the emergencies are here there and everywhere. Just put it next to the switch.
 
Some emergency light fittings have the test switch on the fitting… but of course, at that height, it’s not very handy either.

Did I see that some come with a self-test facility?
