Can anyone recommend any decent software for quickly producing quotations?

I'm currently using Google sheets and getting wholesalers quotes then punching in all the numbers manually.

Then going on to write out the quotation.

Although I do enjoy the process, I'm looking for something to help save time and speed things up.
