As mentioned above send it back to Megger if the firmware isn't upto date. I sent my Megger back for firmware update and they replace some parts FOC as it was under the 3 year warranty and mine was brought second hand.
 
I always get the wholesaler to send it to meggar, you get 30 days to pay for it as well then and they take responsibility if anything happens to it.

mine is second hand. how can you tell it is still under warranty ? many thanks
