i want to make an iot project with esp8266 module. But why do I always fail when I want to upload code using "CTBot" library ???

The text is "error compiling for board NodeMCU 1.0 ............" (As shown below)

How can I solve this problem ??

I've not played with arduino at all, but used to work in coding/IT and am well out of date.

My Google-fu tells me that you may need to downgrate from JSON 6.x to JSON 5.x

Or ensure you have the latest CTBot that does support Json 6 I believe.
