Discuss New EICR - editable PDF certs in the Periodic Inspection Reporting & Certification area at ElectriciansForums.net

Actually feeling okay, mind you I have been drugged up to the eyeballs, this whole week including today and tomorrow I have not been sparking, I have been building 6 stud walls with 4 x 2, plasterboard and insulated up to 3.6 metre high, its all on a first floor in a factory and I have been flat out non stop. I have been so busy that I can block out the pain, problem is when I get home and showered and eat, then it kicks in, most important thing for me is to keep moving and popping pills.
Had 3 sessions of Hydrotherapy 1 a week, the second session killed me.

Become a nuisance to the doc, ask for the pain clinic until someone takes note.

Just noticed on the special location forms, the drop down menu only has a tick for line 1 all other lines have only the options C1/C2/C3/None.
Regards Merlin

Cheers Mark great work,

Anyone doing periodics in commercial buildings with rooms containing a bath or shower should be using them.

Merlin.

Evening All

Just trying to save a filled out version of the multiple boards_blue.pdf and get an error stating that its not possible to save a filled out copy of this form. It will only save blank copy! Strange as I had no problem saving with the older green version.

Any Ideas
Merlin

Thank you for these they are excellent! are there any plans or any initial verification sheets available I like the format and would like them

thanks

These forms will have one more week of support from me for any changes or amendments, if there needs to be tweeks, let me know within a week starting from now and I will get them done.

Great files these!!!!
Sorry if I have missed this, but what is the best way to add your logo to the certs or even blank out the area.
I am using a iMac and iPad and in Preview it won't allow me to insert logo
Cheers

I have just been pulled up by my Niceic inspector telling me the form has something missing from the sample as shown in the 17th edition and that is on the page where the Rcd tripping times x1 and x2 are, there should be a another pull down stating that a functional test has been carried out on the Rcd

Sorry guys, I have decided to leave this forum, In doing so I cleared my account settings attachments etc, that appears to have removed them all throughout the forum.
All editable PDF's will be uploaded and supported elsewhere from here on in.

I am sorry to see you are leaving m8, but I would still like to have access to your forms please let me know where you are going to ?

Sorry to see you go Mark, your contributions were valued.

We have been updating our certs and have created the new EICR that will come with the next amendment. You can insert your own logo and the signature fields also take an image if you need to email them to your customer. You will be prompted for the report number. Please RTFM!!!!! All the usual bits, no warranty, liability etc, just enjoy!:D

Perhaps admin can make this a sticky?

Steve.

Thanks Steve, awesome!

Hi,

Firstly I'd just like to say a huge thanks to tester Steve for these great editable condition report pdf's! superb!

Is there installation certs and minor works links too? Can't see them anywhere.

Cheers again.

Tester Steve has posted some good editable pdf on here and I was wondering if there is one for Minor works and emergency lighting

Thanks Steve.

Nice forms,

Loads of colour in there though. Great for computer use, but for printing out for customers, my ink-budget would thank me for black and white ones with less shading (maybe more like IET ones).
(I have in fact created my own in Excel, but I do like the ones you did better).

I am not sure how to create editable .pdf. I assume for starters I'd need full version of Acrobat? £££.

Rgds

Don't suppose you have the same style forms for domestic install cert, due to join NiC and they recommend using non branded certs until they assess me then i can use theirs. Could use BS just a bit long winded for domestic work.
