This is to get someone out of a mess for a bit. House has no RCD on lights . Its going to be better than no rcd !Weren't those BS standard of RCD decreed as not acceptable for additional protection, if thats what its being used for?
Its back in the book now afaikWeren't those BS standard of RCD decreed as not acceptable for additional protection, if thats what its being used for?
The cost of this unit is fine. They need a huge level of works and full rewire etc etc .But life is tricky for them .They are only a few years left on earth with luck and the house wont lend itself to been taken apart . Its one of those "better than nothing " jobs to try and make things better.Powerbreaker. A bit more expensive, but I find I have problems with the cheap ones
