We are carrying out some works on a commercial unit and part of the works is to carry out a test on the installation for the tenant, we did and there were various faults of differing urgency, of 2 3-phase dis boards there were over 30 blanks missing, large holes in the busbar and dis board not to mention various other faults. We were then presented a copy of an inspection carried out very recently that gave the installation a clean bill of health, what were they thinking, the mind boggles
