Good day to you all! I hope you are all having a pleasant day! I'm new to the forums and decided to join because I need some help with my Saturn.
When I bought the car the Engine (Radiator) fan was wired to bypass the Cooling Fan Control Module. The reason this was done was that there was a short in the Control module and the brown and blue connectors were burnt. I have now replaced those connectors and the control module. I figured this would fix the problem and start sending power to the fan connectors but it still did not resolve the problem. I took it to an electrician and he mentioned that it was "probably" the temp sensor that is not sending the signal to the fans. I found it odd because the sensor seems to be showing proper temps in the gauge when I'm driving around. Is there something I'm missing here? I'm not a professional but a "probably" does not give me the confidence to order a new sensor. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!
