Discuss Stripping SWA - any quick methods in the UK Electrical Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

Blimey you're a barrel of fun, never saved the scrap yourself have you.

Nah, I give all my scrap and crap from the house to the disabled bloke in the flats opposite my house, to either scrap or sell at a car boot sales so that he can supplement his income, he does favours for me if I need rubbish shifting.

I built a machine to strip my scrap, cost £30 for the motor the rest was free, 0.25kw motor run through an VFD, so low cost to run.

Mmm why no sell any decent lengths of swa on here I am sure there would be some sparks that would make use of it and both yourself and the buyer could maybe get a better deal ?
