Tails from meter to DP isolator

Well there is a sticker placed right over all the relevant info on the service fuse. You can just see through it to make out it a 60a.

No its a 60a fuse in the head with a double pole isolator coming from the meter.

You can just see through the sticker, it does say 60a. Definitely. Just seems a bit of a stupid thing to do.

I know the person who owns the property, shes had it from new. Fuse still has original crimped seal with initials on, its just the placement of the sticker is a bit daft. You can make it out though.

Its for an assessment and im just looking to avoid any reason for the assessor to pick fault.

FWIW I would stay with 16mm tails.... but if, and I say if the assessor asks about their sizing, just make sure you know why they are OK.

From 433.1.202, 16mm only good for 60A BS3036 fuse if it's clipped direct.

Trouble with clipped direct as soon as you enter an enclosure with it, unless you remove the outer sheath the rating goes down. Not at home with Regs to give an example.

16m is fine , most me 60amp cut out will not except 25m tails anyway, unless you give it a hair cut.
