Hi folks
i'm in the process of drafting some terms and conditions for when i start up on my own later on this year.
are there any terms and conditions you have found helpful, or wished you had had ?
not wanting to be restrictive on what i can and can't do, but just want to cover my back :)
many thanks :)

Hi elec. There have been a few threads on this subject. Have you had a search of the site? You should be able to fund out quite a bit if you do.
