Discuss The Nagy does business seminar 101 :) in the UK Electrical Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

Thanks for this, which I will discuss with my neighbour at the up stairs flat .
However there are three things which I know that he will ask:-
1) How much for the lights and how much for labour?
2) You say “estimated price” rather than quotation. Can you not quote rather than estimate. I appreciate that there was no access to up stairs flat .
3) What is “PIR” referred to in your point 3)
hi the estimate at the time ,i do not quote for any jobs that I send out ,also all estimate's just in case
there might be unexpected complications ,PIR is passive infrared
Sorry, but I need to know 1) how much is for the lights and 2) how much is for labour . naggy hit that on right on the head .

I watched the 1st 15 seconds. He's talking about customers expectations vs reality.

As a customer I'd expect a tradesman to be working away, the reality with this lot is they are on their phone making a video of the job and it's lunchtime by the time they start. Meanwhile the customer has been charged for the hours they have been there making their youtube videos.

Wouldn't have any of them near me.
