Hi all

Anyone have any examples of tool box talks they can send me please, would be really handy, i have some examples of current method statements and risk assessments im using if you would like a look, anyone else re-registering with chas this year?

Get yourself on a SSSTS course mate it will help with CHAS and you get a full booklet of Toolbox Talks and you are taught how to deliver them in the correct manner, my CHAS renewal is next year.

when you apply to get into CHAS they ask for examples of tool box talks if you have either employees, or use sub contractors, it is a load of rollocks really but they insist on it, been there and done that and have the t-shirt I'm afraid, I sent the OP an example by pm from the government wesite, he only needs to add the site name and employees etc and a rough example of a talk and it is done, total balls really, I now use an health and safety organisation myself who costs 350 a year to do all my method statements tool box talks and risk assessments, it's hard enough pricing work doing it and trying to get money out of the customers without all the H&E as well, he will be fine. obviously you need the turnover to justify the 350 outlay, but usually it is health authority or county councils who insist on chas and once you are on their lists the turnover can easily be obtainable.

Hi, thanks for your reply my internet has been down,
We the same mike we are with a health and safety company £200 a year, thanks for pm
