Hi thanks for the replies guys,altyhough its apparant from most of the replies my posts werent fully understood or read properly.

i had a call from the customer saying its ok now and both appliances are fine running at the same time,so therefore im presuming it was as i suspected thathey were just wet and have now dried out fully.
