I am quite neutral about this, since I stopped visiting american bars, restaurants etc. long time ago for the apprehension that my hearing would be damaged with a loud, crappy music which is being played there.
I restrain myself to phone orders and pickup only.
Don't want be become deaf and don't get indigestion from hearing that noise.
