Pretty certain yes - I matched the colours and everything seemed logical and made sense.Are you certain the wires correspond to L .N. E at the lamp end?

Thanks for everyone’s quick responses - I’ve just ordered some connector blocks from amazon so will wait until they arrive before I complete the job.
