Why does tos thread keep appearing at the top

Even though there are no new posts in it, had this problem on both tapatalk and safari browser since last night

Screen grab has the time on it and the photos were taken only moments apart.

The Poll software is an add on to the forum software. It is time restricted and I think the "Poll thread" stays at the top of the listings until the set time is up. Marvo is the man to ask about this stuff, but I believe it will be as said above.

I'm on a diet, white meat only but missionaries are getting few and far between around these parts.

I've looked into this kinda thing before where Tony highlighted it looked like a thread is getting bumped to the top for no apparent reason, it might be that an existing post had been edited or it could be that someone has added a vote then of course it could always be a forum software bug. Those are the only reasons I can think of.
