I'm desperate for a set of test leads for my Robin KTS 1630. The one I particularly need is the live test lead, the thing stopping me using a generic set is the round three-pin connector at the tester end, this seems to be extinct on modern testers. Any ideas? At the very least I could do...
Can anyone recommend a good socket adaptor for doing r1+r2 readings etc? I bought a kewtech one but it doesn't work with my megger 1720 leads unless you wiggle them about and even then it's unreliable!
Hi all,
My fluke tester has just started giving funny readings on continuity I.e 72 ohms for open circuit. I've checked it on my check box and they are all out apart from zero....
Just wondered if anyone else has had this problem??
Looks like ill be sending it off tomorrow lol
Thank in advance
Rich
This might be a stupid question, but I've never really thought about it before so thought I'd ask anyway...
Does anyone ever consider the sizing of manufacturers leads within a consumer unit?

Hi All,
Anybody have a METREL meter thats trips RCD on triplock setting when Zs is taken?
The fault seems exclusive to the probes lead. The coiled socket lead is not affected and is producing normal readings.
My friend also has an earlier METREL meter (not sure what model) which has exactly...

basic question i am sure but just want to make sure i am doing things properly.
thanks james
