I think you'll struggle to get a cheap 2nd hand copy of the latest regs. I'd just buy them new to be honest. You're going to need them.
 
I’ll be honest with you mate, I reckon you’ve got absolutely no chance of picking up these on the cheap.

They’re new out, you’ll need buy them like the rest of us.

Napit have deals on the publications for their members on their website. That’s where I got my new ones.
