amtech fast test and iPad transfer

I am having problems transferring from my amtech cloud account too my fast test software. When I log into the cloud and view files it gives me the option to download. When I click on this it downloads the file as a zip format to my PC. I have no idea how to get this from here to my PC fastest database. Any help much appreciated.
