Can anyone help me?
I've got an annual inspection this week
What's the procedure for carrying out an array insulation resistance with a Megger 1552?

annual inspection would imply that you've already been doing this for at least a year.

either you've just developed sudden amnesia or there's something a wee bit wrong about this question.
