I have installed multiple led gu10s today and the single light in the toilet and the single light in a lobby take 20 to 30 seconds to come on. Anyone had similar problems. I have always found aurora LEDs to be fine in the past.

GU 10, no TX have you swoped them around? no control gear(TX) so must be bad batch... if theres any on site that kick in instant then swop them around and see if the faut moves with the lamps..

Will do and I will let you know if it solves the problem
