Discuss Bathroom extraction with no provision for outlet in the UK Electrical Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

If it can be cut out from inside then I think that's the only option you've got as any other alternative your coming up with opposition as Dave OCD posted.

Many thanks all. I've just emailed the builder with some idea's, I'll see how he responds.
It wouldn't meet with building regs but I wonder how effective a wall mounted bathroom dehumidifier would be?
Alternative, install the shower for cold showers only :)

There are 2 units I'm aware of that can be installed from "inside" a building and thus avoiding going up ladders:

Vent Axia Quick Fix Termination 100mm (565535) which I've used on a few occassions.

or

Manrose Deluxe Quick Internal Fit Wall Kit - 4 Inch Brown - https://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/FDQWK4B.html?ad_position=1o1&source=adwords&ad_id=45425533757&placement=&kw=&network=g&matchtype=&ad_type=pla&product_id=FDQ

which I've not used as yet.

Ive used both them kits and there are others on the market and they work fine, but coring a hole above the conservatory!! no thanks.

Does the soil pipe not vent to free air at the top? can you not install a 110mm rigid duct along side it, up-rate the fan and fit a condense trap?
