I'm a little bit lost here, what unit has a 63A supply? I thought this was a commercial kitchen?

What is the existing maximum demand?
Yes me too not a little bit lost though completely bloody confused. First you are looking at providing a supply now you are talking about an existing supply????? What do you mean by "unit" exactly?
