What's your opinion on this

If a cable is clipped direct outside on a wall does it require rcd protection.

Today I'm clipping a 10mm earth bond outside. Last week I surface cleated a swa outside.
Its all relative see ?

1.5mm twin/ earth for lighting

answer is NO. but why use T/E outside. it looks pants and will degrade in time due to weather. black flex is more appropriate.

As tel said, there are a number of cables suitable for exposed outdoor use. T+E isn't one of them.
