Deadline time for finished work.

Hi.
Is there any legislation in time frame which should be certified by competent person ?
I am applying now to join Napit, and dont know how long it will take to pass everything, as I did rewired full my house some time ago with plastic consumer unit.

I guess that would depend on the date of the assessment plus if it's in Feb then he would be over 30 days for part p
