Hi Guys,

I discovered that when 'Last Man Out' relays were fitted in the stores, that the earth wires were sleeved but the ends were not connected together. This caused an electric shock from an oversink water heater.

I found the same problems at other sites.

Company said, ' do not remove covers to look for the faults'
then 'we will deal with the fallout IF someone gets injured'

What a shower of ****e.....
