I could kind of see where ESSEX was sort of coming from as switchgear rather than an accessory a subdistribution circuit has been made hence why saying EIC if an RCD in an enclosure replaced the isolation switch it would have been a straight MW.Still agree though can be MW for what's done.You haven't wired a new circuit, you have altered an existing circuit MNW
Yes check out table 53.4 however below on indent (5) advises against frequent load switching of a 60898 device.Just a thought.
