Hello everyone,
here I have one problem. GSM module is located in MDB and goes to boards where 6 electricity meter is located (EMB1), EMB2 with 3 electicity meters and EMB3 with 4 electricity meters. GSM is connected with those EMBs with 2x2x0.6 cable. My question is how it works. How are 13 electricity meters connected with only one 2x2x0.6 cable? How it's possile to connect 6 EMs from EMB1 to one 2x2x0.6 cable? How connect all EMS to this single cable?

it is a data connection, probably similar to rs485 also known as multi drop serial.

signals are sent in data packets with a sender and receiver in the data so the device receiving, knows it is for them and where it has come from.
