Just showing them a picture of the meter with the MPAN showing... may not be enough... you need to tell them the MPAN and ask them to compare that to the one they think you have. Spoon feeding I know... but sometimes it has to be done.Yes I gave them a photo with the meter reading and the MPN clearly showing. Still not heard anything from EDF. It's been a week now. I'm going to raise an offical complaint with them tomorrow.

Sounds like they need to attend.No the figures are stuck the figures don't go up or down.
