Help with finding a dimmer

Hi, my client needs a 3 gang dimmer but the rotary on/off variety not the push on/off.

I have browsed the web and been to several local suppliers.

Does anyone know of a source for this device?

any wholesaler for MK grid switches. 4 gang grid, 3 dimmers and a blank

Telectrix, I have never fitted grid sets, would I need to replace the pattress box?

nope. the grid fixes to the existing box. then the faceplate fixes to the grid

lol. ideal back box for dimmers is 1" in english , 25mmmmm in french ( metric). more is better than too little, as my lady always says

if it needs chasing i would use a 35mm back box just to give you that little bit extra as the cabling is at the rear of the dimmers on mk , but be carefull when buying also as some higher wattage MK dimmers are 2 modual

If you're mounting 3 x rotary dimmers in the same box it would be nice if there was some ventilation into the box. Knocking out the back of the box might not be a bad idea. Dimmers can fail prematurely if they're in a warm environment.

That's why I use these babies universally fit most grids and the single module can do up to 500w tungsten and 400w LV

I think the 3 dimmers all go on a double back box so i suspect a bit of chiseling will have to be done. can you not talk them into have remote dimming, easy to install no heat problems

They are in a surface mount plastic pattress box, I will have to make enquiries as to whether it gets warm.
