Will be under warranty for 3 years and can be replaced for free if your a registered installer with scantronics. If not I'm afraid warranty was out after a year. Regardless it cannot be repaired and needs replaced
 
Putting up a 600x600 for a client today, the flex provided wasn’t wired too well

- glad I didn’t want another joint and wired straight into the driver.
I’m not sure if it would have made any difference but glad I didn’t try to find out!
