Hi there just joined the site and have a couple of question's. I want to make a giant buzz wire game out of copper pipe I have. I would like to know how long I can make it with using only a battery seen lots online may be 10f or even 20f but noting any bigger. could I say do 100f 200f and the buzzer will still go off ? it needs to be safe so only want to use batteries which would be recommended ? dont normally have anything to do with electricity i just fancy making one lol any help would be much appreciated.
thanks

the theoretical distance the buzz wire can be is in the region of miles, or 100's of miles.

do not worry about it, the voltage drop over distance will be irrelevant especially if it is using pipe as it has a large cross sectional area compared to a piece of wire.

crack on with the project and post a couple of pictures when its finished.
