But we're not as good as Plumbers,:oops::oops::oops::oops::oops::oops::oops::oops::oops:

Don’t see anything wrong with any of those rates tbh. The people doing the call outs need to be on a stand by allowance plus an enhanced rate if they’re working. They will also have office staff in taking calls etc. who need paid for each shift. What they are relying on are a few call outs over the holiday period to cover the overheads of providing a 24/7 service.

Saw that a while back. when you consider the price of even living in london (rent, mortgage, parking ) and the rest of it it quickly looses the headline grabbing gloss.
Personally I wouldnt want to live there, much prefer a quieter life down in the west country.

Ssssh Gavin, otherwise everyone will want to live here!

None of your 30 day or sometime in the future rubbish dates,

Payment must be made in full by credit card or cash to the engineer upon receipt of the invoice.

I second that...you want to see what you get for patiently dye tracing and sorting a tracked camera survey...

Sometimes I think we need to be innovative with our pricing structure - just as other trades do!
