The old one has red, black and bare copper wires and new one has white, green and black. No plug it's hard wired. Thanks for any help

Obviously the bare wire on the old stove is 'ground', possibly equivalent to the green 'earth' (marked E) on the new one.

The red and black on the old stove suggests it might be intended for split phase, each wire being 120V above ground, so 240V across them. Do you know the voltage of the stove supply, or is it marked on the stove? You might tell from the breaker that turns that supply on.

Your new stove has wiring colours where 'white' might be neutral, and 'black' the hot. Are the wires marker 'N' and 'L' ?
Again is the working voltage of the new stove in the instructions, or marked on it somewhere?
The instructions for the new stove might be a good place to start 🤔

Just concerned the two stoves do actually run on the same voltage!
