It doesn't appear to have a cpc, it looks like one of the cores is sleeved green and probably the black of a swa. Or an old flat three core and cpc, not flex at all.No flex IMO, with red yellow blue.

Hence the s/wire(with the tape at a guess)This photo is between the outlet plate and the tank stat. The same flex has been used between the controller and the boiler....
I must say I'm a bit puzzled by it - and wondered if anyone here had seen it too.

Don't think there is a problem, they are just debating the odd cable, I thinkCan't see what the problem is!
OK they were debating the cable that some people thought was a bit different, or something that they hadn't seen before, relating to the colours of the cores within the outer protective sheathing, apparently to some it was something worth mentioning, obviously in your opinion not worth a mention.It isn't odd.
