Discuss Lighting circuits are not earthed in the Periodic Inspection Reporting & Certification area at ElectriciansForums.net
So if he changes the class 1 fittings to class 2 it would be a C3? Would a label on the cu warning that the lighting circuits are not earthed and not to fit class 1 fittings work?
The client would not be happy to rewire the lighting circuits.
Further more it has been like it is for 40 years.
A rewire would be a hard sell
No conduit involved, as I said before a rewire will be a hard sell. The unit is a rental.
