Method statement help please

Hi guys, im a trainee looking for a bit of advice please

We have had to write a method statement for college, which ive done

At the bottom of the example papers we were given, it has a box saying " work / activity completed to satisfaction "

Who would be responsible for signing this work off on site please ?

Also can be someone on site who represents the client - to confirm you have carried out work as requested
