Hello,

Was just wondering if the model forms are available to look at/download yet. I have just checked on the IETs website, and they still only have amendment 1.

Looking at my yellow book, the schedule of inspections is now similar (but not identical) to the EICR, and MEIWC now includes RCD x1 & x5.

I just want a pdf of the latest model forms, maybe because its not July 1st yet?

D.

Use this form which already includes 5x RCD test and has space for 3 circuits

Beats me why the model form for MWC never included the 5x test.... another regs omission or oversight I guess.

Hi Andy

Do you have a form for an Amd. 3 Single Signature Electrical Installation Certificate, because the IET's Model forms haven't included one?

I've had 2 emails from them with links saying it's included, but it's not. (Anyone else, let me know if you can find it!). It's annoying because there is an example in the Site Guide but not the Regs.

I've been happily using the Model Forms for years, and don't particularly want to change now.

Cheers

Pete
