Permanent indicator light

I have an 04 vectra and its developed a strange problem. The drivers front indicator comes on permanently when I switch my lights on. It flashes as it should when I click the indicator stick and then just stays lit if I have the lights on. Any ideas?

You have an earth fault . check and clean contacts or lamp holder.
