Discuss Socket failed after a month... in the UK Electrical Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

Nah it’s 43, although to be honest I would be embarrassed to of asked this question in the first place. Just goto site, plug your tester in to ensure socket is faulty then either
A) change socket as it’s faulty, free of charge
B) Don’t change socket as it’s working, changer customer accordingly.

Have you been back yet? Any updates?
Im taking it easy for a few days due to having some little in my leg courtesy of a doctor, legs a bit sore and painful, so wont be back working until tuesday... I will pop around one evening to change the socket out... not a big issue, In my mind i was thinking failure when she rang, but found it unusual for a hager socket to fail.
