If a property is full of PVC push fit fittings on the copper plumbing and only about a meter and half underground before entering the house because before that it's PVC again, what is the bonding requirements?

Without seeing the full picture , if your incoming supply is metal and in contact with earth it should be bonded near the stopcock, if its plastic / copper combinations you will have to use your own judgment of the situation. If it is bringing an earth potential into the building it must be bonded.

Go to the IET site and search "Wiring Matters" There is an article about plastic /metal combinations , and bonding. Also the OSG covers it too.

Must bond at incoming (stopcock) because of short piece of copper incoming. But would be impossible to crossbond every short piece of copper to copper.

Sounds like a lash up, why is the incomer copper , and why have they used plastic joins to the copper piping.

A few pics would be nice to get a full view of this. . See the edit to my last post for guidance. We can't see the installation so is hard to say what you need.to do.but if your incomer is metal it needs to be bonded.
