Discuss What is wrong with this light rose wiring!? in the UK Electrical Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

Hi, just had a peek with a torch.
The flex goes to a mini flourescent/vanity light on a fitted wardrobe with it's own pull cord/switch.
There is only one light switch in the room & no other lights in the house are affected by this not being wired in.
(my bold) The other lights are not effected because the (live)cables are twisted together and making a connection. Though functional it is poor practice to leave them this way and they really need to be terminated correctly asap. Be aware that some of these cables are still live even with the light switch turned off.

For all those that don't have them yet, clear your browser cache and try forcing a page reload. Could be your browser is using cached scripts or content. In FireFox, it's Ctrl+F5 or F5 I think to force a reload.

They only appeared for me last night at about 9:30 (or at least that's when I noticed them).
 
Under someone's post, right click on "bookmark" and select "Open link in new tab".
Then, in the URL at the top, remove the word "bookmark" and type in "like".
Then press return. It will ask you if you are sure first. Done.
look above your reply button there's a load of rating icons. click on the extreme left one
