Hi all,

I'm Shawn and having my ground floor flat I just purchased, refurbished.

Doing most work myself to save money however leaving plumbing/electrics to the professionals.

I've had a few electricians around to quote and am being told different things by each of them regarding which certificates I get/need for the install.

Basically I am just wondering which certificates I should be getting?

More info below if needed

Bathroom is going to be where old kitchen was, and the kitchen where the old bathroom was (wall knocked down to make open plan kitchen/living room) .

Electrical cables have already been safely removed in those two rooms and walls back to brick.

Regarding the actual electrical work, I am having:
- a new consumer unit installated
- single pendant light in the open plan kitchen/living room changed to 10 downlights.
-wired smoke/heat detector installed in kitchen/living room
-new full kitchen electrical circuit installed.
-Extractor fan and electric towel radiator installed in the bathroom

What certificates will I need for these works?

Really appreciate the expertise guy and girls!

Thanks
