No I didn't avoid them I never got told about them as I didn't have an electrical supervisor like the other Sparks on other teams, so that isn't my fault I only found out about them after they'd had them

Yeah just the tenant hadn't reported it, I just noticed it as we got in and thought it would be safer just to fix it up even if 20/30mins later it was getting stripped out

If u read back we had just got to the job and was about to re wire the kitchen, it was all going to get stripped out but as we got there we went in to weigh up and I just noticed the cooker switch had 1 screw in and was slightly loose so I asked the lad I was working with to put a screw in as it...

I'm not stupid if I was actually going to work on a circuit ie replace the cooker switch I would of locked off as I always do, but as I couldn't find a dafinetive answer myself on weather it would need to be locked off to put a screw in that's why I asked

Yh it was on the rcd side it was a plastic back box and already had 1 screw in the plate and I handed him the correct size screw and a insulated screw driver

They had electricians tool box talks which coz I was the only spark on my team and the other teams ad between 6/9 sparks I would always get forgotten about and not told about them as I didn't have a direct supervisor like the other sparks on the other team so hand out and stuff like that I never...

Ok, I've told use exactly what happened for me to get suspended and then after investigation dismissed, I have appealed there decision for no other reason but to get the gross misconduct decision retracted so I don't have to tell any future employers that I was sacked for working on live...

I don't want the job back marvo just the principle of them sacking me ive got another job now on more money aswell, I'm appealing to make a point, and even if they offered me my job back I couldn't take it as I know they would think I've got one over them and the first thing I did I'd be gone

I have been in touch with a solicitor that's already started this is just for my own benefit just to get other sparks opinion, I said b4 I have ad a disaplinary but it was over 2 years ago and wasn't live at the time and even that wasn't work related, my time keeping was good my compliance...
