is electrically sound
has a fault between phase conductors
has a fault between Neutral and Earth
has a fault between line and earth
 
Sorry, was having a slow brain morning, I read it all as a long statement originally and thought, hmmm partially correct but mostly wrong.

only just realised that it is a multI choice question.
I am happy to confirm that one statement is correct but 3 are wrong.
 
If the 4 options had A,B,C and D in front of them, might have made more sense....

We cant just tell you the answer, but will try to steer you in the right direction.

Think of the definition of OVER current or OVER load... The circuit taking more current than it was designed for.... then think of what they mean by a FAULT
