Elecsa want one EIC and one minor - they will "allow" one in your own home. One can be "work in progress".

I used a new CU at home and an outside light at a local instal (they need to be within 20 minutes of your home).

I used a cu change and lighting rewire due to no cpc as eic, then just a fused spure for minor. Both were in same customers house.
