Hi all, giving a public "well done" to the above company. I had a warranty issue with the shoulder strap of my VetoPac XL ( the stitching on the padded side of the shoulder strap had pulled through the outer cover exposing the padding underneath).
I bought the VP early 2015 from Beesleys. I emailed about the problem late one evening, had a reply waiting for me at 08.15 the following morning asking if I could email a pic of the strap, asking for my address and saying they would replace the strap under warranty. I emailed back the same evening and two days later the new strap has arrived.
Now I know the VetoPac range has a five year warranty, but I still think this excellent customer service is worth highlighting/praising. Lots of companies "talk the talk" on service and don't deliver. Well done Beasleys!
PS I've no connection with them, just a very satisfied customer!!!!

Beesleys... yes the place to go in my opinion!
I have used Beesleys since 2001 myself and colleges, purchased drills accessories and had repairs done.
They can be a little pricey on some things but they are just a small shop in Swindon but you have that satisfaction of a good reliable company who have been around for years.
Ive even been to them with internet prices and they have matched them when Ive purchased a load of tools.
Great bunch of guys.
Mike

If you drop in, in the near future, please pass on my regards! It's good to see that my experience is not an isolated one.
