Have you changed the lamps from filament lamps to led recently?
My next guess is that you have a smart switch, or a touch dimmer?
I do have a touch dimmer switch??

Try changing any of the lamps from led to one of the working original filament lamps, I expect the problem will go away
If you change the switch to a normal light switch, the problem will likely go away even when using all LED lamps.
I suspect the reason this is happening is because the touch dimmer passes a small amount of power through the light to power it’s internal electronics (even when “off”) With a filament lamp, this small amount of power is not enough to warm the filament so the light appears to be off. LED lamps give out light when a small amount of power is passed through them.
