Having complete complete brain fade here...
what are the wire twisty things called the DNO use to support the concentric cables? and are they available to the trade?
I have a job coming up that needs a 16mm concentric span overhead. can anyone point me in the right direction?

no. not catenary wire to support the whole length, the drawn wire twists that the DNOs use to fix the cable at the end and wrap around the cable and china insulator?
